Professional Profile
I have worked in Child and Family Mental Health over the last 40 years. Five years ago, I founded Global Family Therapy, which provides an integrated online service to children, couples and families in both the UK and Globally. My work is focussed on Assessment and Report Profiling
and Therapy Interventions. I now have clients over 12 time zones, in USA, Canada, Asia, Far East, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
Previously as Director of Harley Street Family Centre for 20 years, I had extensive experience of assessment and treatment programmes for a wide range of child, adolescent and family conditions . The HSFC specialised in therapeutic work with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioural difficulties. It also offered specialist interventions for dysfunctional couple relationships and whole families.
My report assessment and profiling includes children transitioning and translocating between different countries and cultures. I also offer special assessment profiling for children with neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD, ADD and ASD.
I use the CONNORS ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRES (Conners 3™) for ADHD AND ADD profiling. I use the Connors ASD Questionnaires: (ASRSTM). There are two versions: ASRS (2-5 Years) for ratings of children aged 2 to 5 and ASRS (6-18 Years) for ratings of children or adolescents aged 6 to 18.
These can be easily completed online. Each profiling combines with an online face to face Developmental Interview with each child's Parent/s,
I also offer a wide range of skills for short and longer term therapeutic interventions for children, individuals, couples and whole families including: Play therapy for children, Family Scripts Therapy for couples, Integrated CBT-Hypnotherapy-Person Centred Therapy for adults, and Systemic Family Therapy for whole families.
